HONG KONG, CHINA - Media OutReach - 17 January 2018 - RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ) announces the finalists for the Hong Kong property industry's highest honours, the RICS Awards 2018 Hong Kong.

The RICS Awards jury has shortlisted 35 nominations in 13 categories after receiving 60 nominations from a diverse range of sectors within the built industry . Winners will be announced on 23 March 2018 at the RICS Annual Dinner and Awards Hong Kong Presentation Ceremony at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong .

For seven consecutive years, the RICS Awards Hong Kong has recognised outstanding achievements of Hong Kong's built environment professionals. The awards' showcase inspires and encourages progress in the local property and construction industries through the promotion of best practices and globally recognised professional standards.

"Our jury panel was tasked with selecting the most eligible recipients from an incredibly competitive field of leading projects, teams and nominations," said RICS Hong Kong Board Chair Mr Clement LAU FRICS .
