New photos of Samsung Galaxy Alpha leaked, shows off iPhone-like design

A full set of photos showing Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Alpha has been leaked on Weibo.

The new set of photos show nothing different from what we've seen previously except that we get to see the sides of the white model. The design of the device appears to be final as it is more polished. The metal frame is also more prominently shown in the new set of photos.

The Galaxy Alpha was apparently teased by Kim Hyun-joon, senior vice president at Samsung Mobile last week during the earnings call. Tipped to be one of the two high-end smartphones to be launched later this year, Samsung claims that it will be using "new materials" for the Galaxy Alpha.

South Korean site ETNews.com reported last month that Samsung would be unveiling the Galaxy Alpha on August 13, but SamMobile's sources claim that the announcement is imminent and would happen in a few hours. Keep your eyes peeled to HardwareZone as we will bring you the latest updates on this phone.
