Canon PowerShot SX400 IS

The latest addition to Canon's high zoom compact camera range, the SX400 IS is designed for capturing that perfect long-distance shot.

It has a 24mm wide-angle lens with an optical zoom of up to 30x. Using Canon's ZoomPlus technology, it can digitally extend the zoom range to 60x while maintaining high image quality.

The camera is powered by Canon's DIGIC 4+ image processor, as well as a 16.0 megapixel, 1/2.3-inch CCD sensor, providing rapid auto-focusing and high speed start-up. It can also record videos in 720p HD resolution at 25 frames per second.

The HL129EP SmartLink HomePlug plugs into your powerline to transmit data, so you do not have to worry about having messy Ethernet cables throughout the house.

A pass-through feature leaves your power outlet free for other devices, even while the HomePlug is in use.

The device uses Aztech's SmartLink technology to use all three of the powerline's wires, including the earth wire, to transmit data at up to 1200Mbps.

It can be pre-ordered at Comex 2014, which will be held in Suntec Singapore, Levels 4 and 6 from tomorrow till Sunday.
