Sony discontinues PlayStation mobile for Android

Sony has ended support for PlayStation Mobile on Android, a service which was launched in 2012 to support cross-platform indie games.

The service still works on PlayStation-certified devices running Android 4.4.2 or earlier, but is not guaranteed to work on devices running Android 4.4.3 KitKat or later.

Android L, the upcoming release for phones and tablets, will not have access to the store.
