VERDICT
Across the board, M1 offers the best deals over a two-year period even though the upfront cash payment for the iPhones are higher than SingTel and StarHub in most cases. This is offset by M1's more affordable plans, which adds up to some cost savings over two years.
If voice call quality is important to you, do take note that StarHub is currently the first and only telco in Singapore to offer Voice over LTE calls (HD Voice+) on the new iPhone 6 models. In addition, StarHub states that its HD Voice+ service allows you to multitask - chatting while surfing - without any lags or interruptions. As for SingTel, a spokesperson said that a similar service will be coming soon. M1 will roll out its version of this service in November.
If you use a lot of data, you may want to consider SingTel's Combo plans. These Combo plans (except for Combo 1) currently offer unlimited usage at 101 Wi-Fi hotspots. This unlimited usage promo is valid till July 31, 2015 after which you will have a monthly cap of 2GB.
