The tablet can not only dock into a keyboard and last up to 11 hours, it also has impressive specs across the board.

Meet the Transformer Book T100 Chi by ASUS, which will be available from next Wednesday.

Packing portability and power into its 2-in-1 notebooks, ASUS took home the Readers' Choice award for Best 2-in-1 Notebook Brand yesterday at the HWM+HardwareZone.com Tech Awards 2015.

Business development manager at ASUS Desmond Soh said: "We have a slogan here at ASUS - in search of incredible products for every consumer."

ASUS took home seven awards at yesterday's ceremony, which included the Editor's Choice for Best Mainstream Smartphone.

Their winning smartphone entry, the ZenFone 5 LTE, was also the company's first mobile offering to the Singapore market.

Their haul was second only to Samsung, which swept the awards with 10 wins. Said Mr Eugene Goh, 41, the vice-president of IT and mobile at Samsung: "We will build on our success to deliver greater and better products for the consumers."

HardwareMag (HWM) and Hardwarezone.com jointly organised the HWM+HardwareZone.com Tech Awards 2015.

This year's awards includes new categories in order to stay relevant with the ever-changing technological scene. An example is the new Smartwatch category.

Thirty-two Editor's Choice and 37 Readers' Choice Awards were given out at yesterday's awards.

The awards is in its sixth year and was held at Suntec Convention Centre.

Four Innovation Awards were also given out to honour influential technology companies as well as excellence in product performance and innovation.
