80s band Culture Club to perform in Singapore on Dec 11

The pop group behind Mambo Jumbo hits such as Karma Chameleon and Do You Really Want To Hurt Me will be performing in Singapore on Dec 11.

Culture Club, fronted by British singer-songwriter Boy George, will be here at The Star Theatre for a live performance of upbeat favourites and tracks from the 80s.

The band, which was formed in London in 1981, has sold more than 50 million records worldwide. It disbanded by 1986 due to George's sturggles with addiction and reunited in the late 90s.

The other members of Culture Club include Roy Hay, Mikey Craig and Jon Moss.

Tickets to Culture Club Live in Singapore start from $118 and sales start at 9am on Sep 25. Visit www.sistic.com.sg for more information.
