If you didn't already know, Chinese actor Huang Xiaoming is not just an all-round good guydevoted family man and faithful friend, he's also a generous boss as well.

Envious netizens are now hankering after a position in Huang Xiaoming's company, after it was revealed that the actor gifted each of his employees with Apple's brand new iPhone 8.

Huang, who owns his own production company, reportedly bought the newly-launched smartphones as a reward for his employees' hard work.

A photo posted on the company's Weibo account showed  an exchange from the employees' WeChat messaging group.

Huang posted a row of iPhone 8 mobile phones to the group, with the message: "You all have been working hard during this period, these iPhone 8 mobiles are a little treat, continue to work hard!"

Huang has since won praise from netizens for being "China's best boss", with eager job seekers asking if he's hiring. Others lamented: "Why don't I have such a good boss?", and wondered where they can ever find an employer like Huang.

Other examples of Huang's past generosity include once giving his manager a 400,000 yuan (S$81,502) car for his birthday. And to thank his driver of 10 years, Huang gave him a 100,000 yuan hongbao.

As if that's not enough, for every employee's birthday, Huang will personally deliver a cake and flowers.
