Hong Kong action superstar Jackie Chan is finally ready to launch his new album in August, reported Oriental Daily.

During an event in Beijing, China, Chan said he had spent three years to produce the album due to his busy schedule.

“Finally, it is done,” he said.

Chan said he invited several friends from the entertainment industry to provide him with input to fine-tune the songs in the new album.

He also appointed his son Jaycee, who is a singer-cum-actor, as the music director.

It was reported that Chan last released an album 16 years ago.
