The sun went down and the party came alive at the Skechers Sundown Festival.

Held over the long weekend from April 19-21, this year's instalment was the biggest yet, boasting over 50 acts from all over the region. More than 20,000 festivalgoers were treated to a variety of performances across three festival stages at Sentosa's Siloso Beach.

From hip-hop to EDM to our very own local acts, the festival catered to different music tastes allowing revellers to immerse themselves in the party as the sun set.

However, the biggest hit of Sunday night was definitely K-pop boyband IKON, who closed the three-day festival with a bang.

When the band's attendance was first announced, it stirred excitement amongst their fans, who are also known as iKONICs.

Armed with official lightsticks and merchandise, some fans started queuing for entry as early as 4am, so they could get a spot closest to their boys.

It appeared that iKONICs' diligence paid off as they were spoiled by high energy performances from their favourite seven-membered group which delivered hits like Love Scenario, Bling Bling and crowd favourite Dumb and Dumber.

Chinese hip-hop trio, Higher Brothers and South Korean EDM star DJ Soda were some of the other big names to grace the festival. With their energetic sets and close fan interactions, they sure knew how to keep a crowd going!
