The pastry, which is coated with cocoa powder and filled with chocolate sauce, creates a mess as it leaves your face and fingers smeared, according to Sin Chew Daily.
It is said to have originated from South Korea.
The cravings for the “dirty dirty bun” (or zang zang bao in Chinese), has since spread to China, Taiwan, Malaysia and other places.
In Taiwan, customers even had to pre-order the buns at some pastry shops due to the high demand.
