Anti-drug officer nabbed — for taking drugs

MALAYSIA - A national Anti-Drug Agency officer was nabbed for allegedly taking drugs in Bentong, reported China Press.

The man, 28, tested positive for methamphetamine in the incident on Sunday.

He was travelling in a car on the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Expressway when he was flagged down by three policemen on patrol.

He refused to pull over, and a 30km high-speed chase ensued before the police intercepted the driver near a petrol station.

Initial investigations revealed that the man from Kelantan had been caught several times earlier for taking drugs.
