THE multi-level marketing company started by Chinese national Zhang Jian - the self-proclaimed "future richest man in the world" - is said to be making a comeback in Malaysia by organising two grand dinners within two months, major Chinese dailies reported.

China Press reported that the second dinner was held in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday night but Zhang was absent, it reported.

Some company members claimed that Zhang was currently in the Maldives.

According to the report, hundreds of members, mostly from China, arrived at the restaurant at 6pm.

Some of the women came with their heads shaved, while others sported tattoos of Zhang to show their support. Several male members even wore dresses to the event.

Last month, Zhang allegedly organised a charity dinner in Johor Baru.
