Cops looking for source of fake MyKads in killer guard case

SUBANG JAYA - Police are looking for the source of the fake MyKads which were held by the main suspect and his relatives in the case of the fatal shooting of a bank officer.

Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Mohd Adnan Abdullah said the task force in charge of investigating the robbery and murder would also be looking into the source of the fake documents.

"So far, we have arrested four people in connection with the case who had fake MyKads.

"We are working round-the-clock to cripple the source (of the MyKads)," he said when contacted yesterday.

SAC Mohd Adnan said police were still looking for the main suspect, who is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Five foreigners have been arrested following the death of bank officer Norazita Abu Talib, 37, last Wednesday.
