PETALING JAYA - The magistrate's court here has allowed the police to exhume the remains of Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Nazrin Hassan, who was found dead in his house in June.
According to the online edition of Berita Harian, the request to exhume his remains was made as the police want a second post-mortem conducted on his body.
The Malay-language portal quoted a source as saying that the grave would be exhumed on Wednesday (Oct 3).
Several of Nazrin's family members were seen present at the courts on Monday (Oct 1).
The police reclassified the case as murder following a forensic investigation by the Fire and Rescue Department.
Several people have since been remanded and released in the murder investigation, including Nazrin's wife and her ex-husband, a married couple related to his widow, and two teenage schoolboys.
