Ipoh couple blessed with 21 kids
A Japanese court ordered a hospital to pay 38 million yen ($373,977) in damages to a man who was switched at birth and suffered hardship in his life as a result.

A couple in Ipoh hold a record of sorts - they have 21 children - all in a space of 25 years!

Retired plate mill worker Lim Ya Er, 63, and Chu Shu Liam, 55, have 11 daughters and 10 sons. They also have 35 grandchildren, reported China Press.

The eldest child is 37 and the youngest is aged 12.

Lim said they had to sleep in separate rooms after their 21st child because Chu was "very fertile". He, however, said their relationship remained close despite them sleeping separately.

Chu said she liked to eat fish and pray a lot at temples.

"That could be a reason why I'm blessed with so many children," she said. All their children have steady jobs.
