The motion by PAS to table its Private Member's Bill for the implementation of hudud in Kelantan has been listed again in the Dewan Rakyat's order paper.

Moved by PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang (PAS-Marang), it was slotted as the 28th and final item in the order of the day and motions.

The Bill that Abdul Hadi wants to table is an amendment to the Syariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Bill 2015.

However, it is not known if the Dewan will deliberate on the motion during the present meeting, which ends today, as government matters take precedence.

Should this not happen, the motion will have to be resubmitted at the next meeting.

The motion was also listed in the order paper during the Dewan's meeting on April 1 but was not raised.
