KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia - It was a day unlike any other for a security guard who stumbled upon a human skull while making his daily rounds along Jalan Pahang Barat.
Sentul OCPD Asst Comm R.Munusamy said the security guard alerted police after making the discovery at a parking lot at around 10.30am, Saturday.
ACP Munusamy added that police rushed to the scene and scoured the place for evidence.
"We found skeletal remains in a bush, on a hill some 20m away from where the skull was initially found.
"There were bits of decomposed clothing lying around the skeleton," he added.
ACP Munusamy said the remains were sent to Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) for an autopsy.
"We suspect that foul play was involved in this case, but we can only determine the cause of death after the post-mortem.
"For now, the case has been classified as sudden death (SDR)," he explained.
