1. What is SPH Mobile Infoline?

SPH Mobile Infoline provides timely information via your mobile phone. There is no registration fee or monthly subscription fee. Information will be sent to you via SMS on a regular basis. You pay only when you receive the information requested.

2. How do I access the services?

Subscription is simple. Simply, select the “Write” message on your mobile phone. Key in the Mobile Infoline service code (i.e. 4D SUB, EPL SUB and etc) and send to 71117.

3. Which are the Mobile Infoline services offered by SPH?

Currently, we are offering 5 services: Under the Lifestyle section, we provide 4D, Toto and Horse Racing results. In our Sports section, you get informed of the results of EPL and S-League at Full Time.

4. How much will the service cost?

Every SMS sends to you will be charged at 50 cents (excluding GST)

5. What is 4D and Toto Subscription service?

If you wish to receive both 4D and Toto results, it only takes one step to subscribe. Select the "Write" message on your mobile phone. Key in "4DToto SUB" and send to 71117.

6. How do I unsubscribe from 4D and Toto Subscription service?

If you wish to unsubscribe from both 4D and Toto results, please key in "4DToto STOP" and send to 71117.

7. I am a print/online subscriber. Do I get a discount or free access?

Unfortunately, each service will be regards as different subscription and thus, charged separately.

8. How do I stop the service?

You would need to key in the unsubscribed Mobile Infoline service code (i.e.4D STOP) and send to 71117. The service will be deactivated immediately.

9. Once I terminate the service, can I subscribe again?

Yes, you may wish to reactivate your preferred Mobile Infoline service simply key in the Mobile Infoline service code (i.e. 4D SUB, EPL SUB and etc) and send to 71117. Refer to Question 2

10. Who do I contact if I encounter any problems accessing SPH Mobile Infoline?
