SINGAPORE - The highly-anticipated PlayStation 4 (PS4), will be launched in Singapore on Dec 19 for $639.
The singapore branch of sony computer entertainment Hong Kong made the announcement at a press event on Tuesday.
Pre-orders for the Ps4 will begin on Nov 13 at all sony stores and certain video game stores and will end on Dec 12.
The console will also come in three different bundles - a Ps camera with the game Killzone for $689; shadow Fall for $699 or battlefield 4 for $709.
Twenty-three games will be available at the system's launch, including call of Duty: Ghosts, Fifa 14 and Knack.
Sony will set up a popup store outside Wisma Atria from Dec 19 to Jan 1 where the public can play the Ps4 first-hand.
The console will also include Gaikai, a cloudbased gaming service that will stream content, and the Playstation App, that connects smartphones and tablets onto a second screen.
