SINGAPORE - Ticketing services provider Sistic has revamped its website to deliver a more informative and customer-focused experience.
Apart from its new 'magazine look', the website now comes with better search and navigation, new content formats including reviews and videos and improved social media integration.
The enhancements allow users to view and share event details like show synopses and concert publicity videos more easily.
Sistic has also partnered with Asiatravel.com to offer simultaneous flight, accommodation and event ticket bookings on the website.
"We have made the new site more exciting for fans, for show organisers and for artists. It is now easier, faster and simply much more fun checking out what's happening in Singapore," said Marketing Communication & Channel Development Manager Marie Liow in a statement released on Wednesday.
Sistic said the next upgrade will include online sales of event-related merchandise.
