It is an all-too-common sight these days to find parents having a relatively peaceful meal while their young children are preoccupied with their tablets. And as tablet prices come down and more models become available, the market for kids' tablets has grown.
Samsung recognised this trend and has launched the Galaxy Tab 3 Kids.
As this is a tablet for kids, it comes with an Application Manager for parents to decide which apps their children can access.
There is also a Time Manager for parents to set a time limit for each user, to avert tablet addiction.
The Tab 3 Kids is bundled with a Kids Grip Cover kit, which includes multiple stand options and a kids-friendly grip. And if parents should want to use the tablet for themselves, the tablet can be switched to a normal mode, without any kids' restrictions.
