Taiwanese singer-actor Jimmy Lin has pulled off yet another Apple leak. The famous Apple iPhone snitch revealed photos of the purported iPhone 6 on his Weibo account.
In the photo, the 'iPhone 6' has a thinner bezel and sports a 4.7 inch screen, according to Jimmy Lin. If true, this confirms earlier leaks alluding to a thinner chassis with super thin bezel, two display sizes - 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch -, a 2.6GHz A8 processor, an "Ultra-Retina" display and a 10-megapixel rear camera.
Jimmy Lin also said that the power button has been shifted to the right hand side of the phone, instead of the top position in current models.
"The new design feels rounder, compared to the current angular edges", Jimmy Lin said on his Weibo account.
Praising the larger screen, Jimmy Lin also said that the 'iPhone 6' feels comfortable in his hands and has a good grip.
In May 2014, Taiwanese media, citing unidentified supply-chain sources, reported that the next incarnation of the iPhone will be announced in August, one month earlier than expected.
Jimmy Lin has managed to rack up a consistent track record of iPhone leaks, beginning in 2012 when he revealed the iPhone 5 on his Weibo account.
The following year, Jimmy Lin used the same method to leak photos of the iPhone 5c, one month before its actual unveiling on Sept 12, 2013.
