Bigger Blueprint

Shoppers can expect a bumper crop of international and local labels at this year's Blueprint Emporium, on from May 17 to 18 at Suntec City Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Now in its fifth year, more than 200 womenswear, menswear, childrenswear and accessory brands will take part in the Emporium. Last year, 180 brands participated in the shopping event, which follows the two-day Blueprint Tradeshow.

Shoppers can expect to find limited-edition samples and merchandise on sale from brands such as Irish womenswear labels Nataliebcoleman and Emma Manley, Japanese womenswear label Roggykei, Taiwanese womenswear label Fabitoria, and United Kingdom-based shoe label Kandee.

At least 37 new and established local labels, such as womenswear labels Ong Shunmugam, Pauline.Ning and Ange Revolte, will also be represented at the event.

For the first time, childrenswear has been included in the event.

Blueprint is part of the Asia Fashion Exchange, which aims to promote Singapore as an Asian fashion hub.

The other key Asia Fashion Exchange events are Audi Fashion Festival Singapore, a showcase of top and emerging designers; Asia Fashion Summit, a conference for industry professionals; and Audi Star Creation, a design competition for aspiring designers in the region.
