Kardashian tweeted earlier this month that she has been on the famous lowcarb diet and that she "luv(s) it". Atkins changes the balance of carbs, fat and protein in your diet and claims to help you lose up to 7kg in two weeks.


Kardashian, a Barry's Bootcamp regular, lugged boyfriend Kanye West to a session earlier this week.

They started bright and early at 6.30am for a weight and cardio training class before moving on to the treadmill and more weight training later in the day.


Kristi Vacanti, the owner of the Los Angeles pilates studio that Kardashian goes to, told E! News that pilates "enables (Kim) to get a total bodytoning and calorie-burning workout in under an hour".

Each session apparently burns up to 500 calories.
