Bollywood star meets students for Leadership Lecture series

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan joins the list of famous people to have been featured in the Global Indian International School's (GIIS) Leadership Lecture series, on Saturday, Sep 21.

The movie star was preceded by the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, legendary cricketer; Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, former President of India; A R Rahman, Oscar winning musician; and Nobel Laureate Professor Richard Ernst among others.

GIIS' Queenstown Campus was the first international school outside India that the actor visited, and also the first international venue to launch his new movie, Krrish 3.

In addition, the actor also interacted with other GIIS students from overseas campuses via a video conference.

The actor also marked International Day of Peace by joining the GIIS students to create a new record in the Singapore Book of Records for the 'Largest display of Origami Doves for Peace'.
