It's never too late to get an education - and US actor Mark Wahlberg has proven that.
The 42-year-old high-school dropout has finally graduated after receiving his diploma in June.
He told People magazine that his four children were a big motivation for hitting the books, adding: "I didn't want the kids saying, 'You didn't do it, so why do I need it?' They are all wanting to do things in their future that require an education."
Wahlberg's troubled teenage years led to him quitting school at 13, but he returned to class last year. He hired a maths tutor to help him study between takes on his latest action movie 2 Guns and is now looking to enrol in higher education courses. !-- Start For Web Only -->
