MANILA- A College of St. Benilde (CSB) student and alleged victim of hazing was found dead on Saturday evening, radio reports on Sunday said.
A radio report said 18-year-old Guillo Cesar Servando was found unconscious in a condominium unit at One Archer's Place in Taft, Manila.
He was rushed to the Philippine General Hospital, along with three fellow students, but was declared dead on arrival.
The three students were said to have bruises on their bodies.
The report quoted the Manila Police Department's Homicide Division saying that the young men were applying to join the Alpha Kappa Rho fraternity.
Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption founding chairman Dante Jimenez called on members to help gather information on the suspects.
INQUIRER.net tried to contact the MPD Homicide Division but no further details could be given except that the case is still under inquiry.
