Speaking about his time in Epsom he said, "Epsom wasn't just where I learned the textbook truths of maths, science and history, but so many more values that have shaped my beliefs. It taught me ambition, humility and leadership.

He continued to add the more people around ASEAN will have the opportunity to enjoy what he had previously: "We have a wonderful opportunity now, to make the Epsom experience available to children in the broader ASEAN region and, if we can contribute to and support the educational growth and development of those who might otherwise not be able to benefit from this experience, over the years to come, I will be delighted. It is exciting to think we are now enrolling students for September next year and that our vision can soon become a reality".
