Why politics?

Wages have not kept pace with inflation, with the majority of Singaporean white-collar workers earning about $2,000 to $4,500 monthly. This is a concern of mine. I also wish to help pioneer citizens unlock their Central Provident Fund (CPF) savings for their enjoyment to the fullest.

Why you?

I'm very warm, hard-working and like to help people.

What issues will you focus on?

Mainly to restore the 20 per cent employer's CPF contribution rate, which was slashed during the Asian financial crisis to 12 per cent with some promises that it would be restored to 20 per cent one day. This has not happened.

Favourite spot in Singapore?

All parks - Yishun, Mandai - for me to run and feel at peace.
