Bouquets: Pleasant surprise for commuter

On Sunday morning, I left my mobile phone on an SBS Transit service 242 bus.

I did not realise this until I was on my way home in the afternoon.

With little hope of finding my phone, I approached the SBS counter at the Boon Lay bus interchange for assistance.

After asking me a few questions for verification purposes, the staff member returned my phone to me, to my surprise.

I want to say a big "thank you" to bus driver Md Fariz Nain and the staff member for returning the phone to me.
