SINGAPORE- Some media networks would spin a story out of proportion just to increase their viewership.
I am appalled at how the Sun TV network reported the riot. Its news telecast said a foreign national was pushed off a private bus and run over. It added that Indians in Singapore were living in fear that they would be attacked by the Chinese.
We live in a multiracial society, and it is unethical for a TV network to carry such untrue and racially insensitive reports.
