SingTel: World Cup broadcast in full high definition

SINGAPORE - The 2014 World Cup broadcast is delivered to customers on both the SingTel and StarHub platforms in full high definition, as was the 2010 World Cup ("Lower-quality World Cup telecasts" by Mr Yeo Eng Huat; Tuesday).

Prior to this World Cup, extensive tests were conducted with StarHub to ensure we would deliver the best possible viewing experience to all our customers.

The studio shows that Mr Yeo mentioned are produced in high-quality standard definition. This is the first time there has been a complete local studio production around the games - a daily show, pre-game, half-time and end-game analyses, state-of-the-art football analytics, expert guests and predictions.

Again, customers on both platforms receive the exact same quality broadcast.
