Henry Holland to create doll for Inhabit's 10th anniversary

As part of Singapore multi-label store Inhabit's 10th anniversary celebrations, super hot British fashion designer Henry Holland has been tapped to create a special "pint-sized, couture-clad mannequin" for the store's exhibition The Doll Project.

Alongside other top designers like ALC, Creatures of Comfort, Richard Nicoll, SEA and Wayne, Song for the Mute, Vanishing Elephant, Ksubi and Bassike, Henry Holland will create a special doll dressed in a tiny version of one of his own creations.

The Doll Project will be on display at the Mandarin Gallery Atrium from October 2-20, 2013, and they will also be up for a silent auction at the end of the show; proceeds raised from the auction will got to charity as part of Inhabit's corporate social responsibility programme.

The project is the brainchild of Inhabit's manager, Angus Chang. "It was very challenging to organise, ten designers, ten extraordinary designs on ten dolls, for our 10th anniversary! It's so exciting that it has all finally come together," he says.

Inhabit is located at Mandarin Gallery #02-16, 333A Orchard Road, Tel: 6836 8441. For more information about Inhabit, go to www.inhabit.com.sg. You can follow Inhabit on Facebook at www.facebook.com/inhabitsingapore and on Instagram at @inhabitsg.
