24-hour alternatives to public transport at Changi Airport

We thanks Ms Ada Chan Siew Foen for her suggestion to introduce private bus services at Changi Airport ("Limited transport options at airport in the early morning"; last Wednesday).

To complement public transport options, Changi Airport offers passengers a choice of other transportation options round the clock.

These include a 24-hour airport shuttle service that connects Changi Airport to more than 400 hotels downtown. At $9 per adult passenger, the airport shuttle takes passengers in comfort to the doorstep of their hotel.

In addition, four-seater and seven-seater premium taxis are available at any time of the day, at fixed fares of $55 and $60 respectively, to any destination in Singapore.

Besides the normal taxis, passengers can therefore consider these options when the MRT and public buses are not available in the early hours of the morning.

Bookings can be made at the ground transport desk at the arrival hall of each terminal.

We will continue to work with our ground transport partners to ensure that our passengers' transportation needs are well taken care of.
