Explore Indonesia on Garuda

Garuda Indonesia has launched new daily services to some of the most remote areas of the Indonesian archipelago previously unreachable by commercial flights.

Serviced by the new ATR72-600 aircraft and marketed under the name "Explore", travellers will find it easier to visit tropical destinations such as Labuan Bajo, Ende and Bima in Bali, untouched due to limited runway capacity.

The ATR72-600 fleet of turbopop aircraft can accommodate 70 economy class passengers. The airline expects to operate 35 of the aircraft on new routes by 2017.
