Firefly to operate between Kota Baru and Bangkok four times a week

PETALING JAYA - Firefly will begin its operations between Kota Baru and Bangkok four times a week, starting in January.

Firefly's chief executive officer Ignatius Ong said the flight from the Sultan Ismail Petra Airport to the Don Mueang International Airport would start on Jan 24.

He said tickets for the new route were now open for sale via Firefly channels, including its website, mobile, call-centre, Firefly airports and ticketing offices.

"Services into this new route is an indication that Firefly is marking a significant growth and concurrently offering wider travelling options for business and leisure to and from Thailand," he said yesterday.

Firefly is running an online promotion "Check Us Out" for bookings up to Dec 8 for the travelling period from Dec 2 till Oct 25 next year.
