SINGAPORE - Two new exhibits - Bayang (above), a 16-year-old male Malayan tiger, and three Asiatic black bears, aged three to seven - were presented at the Night Safari yesterday to mark its 20th anniversary.
Earlier this week, the park also unveiled a pair of South African white lions.
Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong was the guest of honour at the park's anniversary celebrations last night. He had also officiated at its opening on May 26, 1994.
The Night Safari is offering Singaporeans and permanent residents tickets at $20 this weekend. The usual price is $39 for adults and $25 for children aged three to 12.
