Air New Zealand has a new safety video, and this time, instead of starring hobbits, orcs and elves, it has now gone old school - literally.
Safety Old School Style, the airline has called its latest offering, and this time it has recruited Golden Girl Betty White and Love Boat captain Gavid MacLeod to dish out safety advice.
And yes, the 91-year-old veteran actress helps make the in-flight experience more exciting in her cheeky appearance that goes beyond telling passengers how to fasten their seat belt, use their oxygen masks and assume the brace position in the event of an emergency.
It is the sweet and sassy smile of this nonagenarian that helps to make the journey less mundane.
She is joined by 82-year-old MacLeod, who at 82, shows he still has his playful streak.
The set is a retirement home in sunny USA, and everyone on camera could probably be your grandfather or grandmother.
However, these retired seniors offer a funny and entertaining take on safety rules aboard the Airbus 320.
"Well, I said, if you want to know about survival, talk to us 'cuz you're going to want some advice from folks who have been there and done that," said White.
Old school is the way to go, with the video attaining viral status within a day of it being uploaded, garnering over 100,000 views.
So what happened to the airline's previous Hobbit video? Well, An Unexpected Briefing has chalked up over 10.9 million views since it was uploaded last October, and even won a Digital Innovation award this past summer in Bangkok, Thailand, AFP reported.
