$2,000 doughnut made of edible diamonds and champagne jelly

In celebration of National Doughnut Week, Krispy Kreme UK has come up with the world's 'most expensive' doughnut, which costs over $2000.

The doughnut, which looks like a lotus flower, is made with Chateau d'Yquem creme, raspberries, and Dom Perignon vintage 2002 champagne jelly.

If that wasn't enough, it is also 'blinged' with 24-carat gold leaf, 23-carat gold dust and edible diamonds.

This one-of-a-kind doughnut was eventually presented to make-up artist Claudine Taylor, according to a post on buzzfeed.com.
