Celebrate the Lunar New Year with Spring teas

SINGAPORE - Tea is traditionally served from the eldest member of the family to the youngest on the first day of the Lunar New Year, during which well wishes are passed down from generation to generation.

In this spirit, The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. has launched the Oriental Collection 2015, a spring collection consisting of three teas with an oriental twist.

Choose from Imperial Goji (black tea, goji berries, orange, yellow rosebuds, and safflower), Secrets of the Orient (a blend of various teas, mango, lychee, goji berries, safflower, and rose petals) and Scarlet Rose (oolong tea, rose buds, chamomile, mango, and apple).

The teas come in 30g tins for $15 each and can be bought online from clippertea.com.sg.

The teas also retail at Tangs Orchard, Robinsons The Heeren, Gardens by the Bay gift shops, Singapore Botanic Gardens gift shops and the Night Safari Village Craft.

Alternatively, one may visit their flagship store at PasarBella - A Farmer's Market @ The Grandstand, which serves tea and snacks alongside a retail section.
