Is Eighteen Chefs' food shiok or "worse than dog food"?

SINGAPORE - After the notorious incident where photographer Roy Chuang tossed his food from Eighteen Chefs all over the table, questions have been raised about the restaurant's food standards.

We went there to check out 3 dishes (including the Aglio Olio pasta which resembles the one Roy had) from Eighteen Chefs, to see for ourselves whether it is shiok, or not.

We tried the Heart Attack Fried Rice, Dory Fish Burger and Aglio Olio with Mushroom Chicken.

The Heart Attack Fried Rice is their signature dish and comes with a tomato-base sauce with garlic and chilli padi in it. The beef is the main highlight, and the sauce brings out the flavours in the dish.

Besides The Cathay outlet where the incident happened, there are three other outlets at Cathay Cineleisure, Tiong Bahru Plaza and AMK Hub.
