The Japanese-inspired steakhouse's sushi chef Fukashi Adachi presents Winter Seafood Special dishes prepared with seasonal catch.

Offerings include tarabagani sumibiyaki ($48++), king crab grilled over binchotan charcoal, served with butter miso dip; and age makogarei no ankake ($32++), righteye sole flatfish cooked with a thick sauce.
