The French bakery's Christmas takeaways include the Christmas Candle Cake ($89 nett), created to mark Paul's 125th anniversary this year, with vanilla Bavarian cream, raspberry compote, sponge cake and white chocolate, packaged in a box resembling an antique lamp; the Chocolate Mousse Yule Log ($38 nett for four persons, $68 nett for eight) with dark chocolate mousse, chocolate sponge cake and almond biscuit; and igloo-shaped Christmas Cake ($65 nett) with white and dark chocolate mousse, sponge cake and praline.
