Homemade Korean noodles at Guksu

The restaurant, which opened at Suntec City mall last month, specialises in guksu, or Korean noodles.

Pick a type of noodle then choose how you want it prepared. Opt for a Janchi Guksu (from $10.90), where noodles are served in a traditional Korean anchovy broth; or Prawn Guksu (from $13.90), noodles in a clear prawn broth. Egg, beansprouts, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushroom and other ingredients round off the meal.

There are also other types of guksu including a dry version known as Bibim Guksu (from $9.90), and Naeng Meon (from $14.90) - buckwheat noodles served in a cold beef broth.

Side dishes include tempura prawns and Korean fried chicken in spicy, garlic soya and teriyaki sauces.

Where: Suntec City Convention Centre, 3 Temasek Boulevard, 02-385

Open: 11am to 10pm daily
