Yan Ting's new executive Chinese chef Tony Wun has introduced a menu of his signature items.
The double-boiled whelk soup with black garlic ($28 per person or as part of the seven-course menu at $168 per person) is served in a tiny teapot, but the flavours are big and bold.
His Cantonese-style stir-fry wagyu beef ($68) is another must try.
