So what if food-tray return campaign is a success? The mess is still there

So what if the food-tray return campaign is a success, asks Stomp contributor leelee, when there are still dirty trays lying atop an uncleared trash bin brimming with refuse.

The Tray Return initiative was started by the National Environment Agency to encourage diners to clear their own trays in a bid to show appreciation to cleaners, and to help increase their efficiency.

In her report, the STOMPer wrote:

"See what happens when the Tray Return campaign is so successful?

"I don't see any elderly people in this fast food outlet any more. There goes their jobs.

"No one seems to be bothered about clearing the bin."
