Lime’s Yuletide Brunch will feature a vast selection of celebratory dishes. Its team of chefs have taken inspiration from traditional luxurious ingredients associated with Christmas and added their own innovative twists. Guests will be able to indulge in Baby Quail with Rosemary, Char-siew Roasted Turkey and Cajun Spiced Leg of Lamb. The seafood buffet will be brimming with Alaskan Crab, Maine Lobster and Smoky Bay Australian Oysters, among other delights. Desserts will include Panettone Bread and Butter Pudding, Hazelnut Cranberry Cake and Coconut Lime Mousse with Raspberry Mascarpone Log.

Price: $68++ for adults (free flow of coffee or tea) or $128++ (free flow of Piper Heidsieck champagne, wine, beer, juices and soft drinks); $38++ for children. UOB and Citibank cardholders enjoy 15 per cent discount.
