SINGAPORE - Nearly 2,000 runners who participated in the Sundown Marathon 2014 on Saturday night will not get their results on time.

Race organiser and event owner HiVelocity explained in a press release on Monday that the delay is due to 'environmental and magnetic interferences' at the start-line.

HiVelocity added that participants who are unable to retrieve their timings from the Sundown Marathon website are advised to email them at info@hivelocity.com.sg.

Participants who timed themselves are also advised to email HiVelocity their net-time, race bib number and category to expedite the race result retrieval process.

Up to 30,000 runners participated in Singapore's largest night marathon.
