SINGAPORE - The World Cup qualifying match between England and Ukraine on Wednesday morning was broadcast only on StarHub's Football Channel but not on mio TV, which carried matches involving other countries.

This is an interesting carving of football content by country - a strategy that will only frustrate football fans.
